We respectfully invite you to our Annual General Meeting for Homenetmen Antranig Chapter.
The meeting is to be held at the 2nd Willoughby scout hall, Naremburn on Tuesday the 23rd of February at 7:30pm SHARP
Please note: This is your primary opportunity to provide us with your opinion and insight about our community organisation. It will also allow you to provide use with feedback on areas that need improvement and / or areas you believe we have reached our goals.
This meeting will also elect 8 representatives who will represent Homenetmen Antranig Regional committee 20th AGM on March 6-7th, 2016.
In addition we have finalise our term as Antranig Chapter Committee and will seek nominations to form a new committee for 2016 - 2017.
Please not if 50% of our members are not present, the meeting will be delayed for 30 minutes and then will proceed as scheduled, with those members present deemed a majority.
Refreshments will be provided on the night.
